With HRH Princess Anne in attendance, the organisers knew they had to pull something special out of the bag to impress the audience. Having successfully staged the previous year’s event, Joy’s were delighted to win the contract once again to produce a memorable awards evening helping to raise money for Save the Children. A packed audience were treated to an Olympic theme with 3DLive, projection and Spyder which produced a stunning production.
An audience exceeding 700 congregated for the 2007 Awards for Achievement to be amazed by the construction of one of Joys’ largest screens yet. At just over 21 metres no extravagance was spared. Total AV and onscreen presentation material were supplied for the event, which included the use of two Lightning 35HD HD projectors, the Spyder screen control system, and the graphic software 3DLive. The vibrant 3D presentation on such a huge widescreen created a dominant and unforgettable impact to the evening.
Staged at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, the 2007 awards were given the ‘Joys’ treatment for event producers ‘Events Focus’. Joy’s provided a total digital solution from camera to screen with their Spyder control system and 3DLive graphics.
